The Beacon - Showing God's Love in Action
Who we are - we are each called by God and are passionately pursuing all God has for us. We're a community church in Arbourthorne and Norfolk Park, Sheffield, serving people in God's love. We exist to develop loving and caring community, which values the whole person and helps to explore and develop potential, following the example of Jesus.
What we believe - we believe that God has a plan for each one of us. Jesus is our hope and our liberator. He wants to rescue us from injustice, oppression, neglect and abuse, and help us to experience his love. God wants us fully alive so we are into discovering what this means and looks like - we are on a journey together to encounter this new life. We are energetic, open hearted, Spirit-led, fun-loving, committed and persevering adventurers.
